Irene Marshall has helped people get jobs for over 8 years.  She started as a recruiter with Robert Half, placing accounting and finance professionals.  She left Robert Half in 2003 and established Tools for Transition, a company dedicated to helping people find the jobs and careers that they want.

Irene writes resumes herself, and manages a team with two other CPRW writers.  She works with people at all levels, from blue color to C-level executives.  Irene also provides career coaching and interview coaching, either in-person in her Fremont, California office, or by phone nationwide.

Irene is an affiliated writer and coach with The Ladders, a job board for 6-figure professionals.  She is is an accomplished public speaker on career issues, and has made approximately 90 presentations in the San Francisco area in 3 years.  Irene has extensive business experience in accounting, finance, sales, and marketing. She and her husband also own a Matco Tool franchise.
