Free Resume Review – Let’s See What You Have!

Assessment > Writing Strategy > New Resume > More Interviews > New Job!

I have reviewed thousand of resumes over the past 12 years, so I really am one of those people who can find what I need in a few seconds.  It is a learned skill!  But the resume needs to be written for three audiences — a person to scan, a person to read, and applicant tracking software (used for online job applications) to parse.

What do you think about your resume now?

  • Oops, you don’t have one at all?  That’s fine.  I have written many resumes “from scratch”.
  • You have a resume, but you are not getting interviews.
  • Your resume does not give a clear understanding of what you have to offer your next employer.
  • You have a resume, but it no longer reflects your current career status or your next step.
  • You have specific issues you are not sure how to handle, such as employment gaps, a lot of job movement, or concerns about your age.
  • You have skills, knowledge and experience in multiple areas that will be of interest to an employer but your resume is unfocused.
  • Your resume does not clearly convey your qualifications. Perhaps it is over-stated or under-stated.

There is no charge for a resume review or initial consultation.
